What is FOXIZZ?

FOXIZZ is a multifunctional service that makes people’s lives easier, uniting users and service providers. At this stage, we offer transport services, car rental with a driver, and continue to think about how to expand this list, which are in demand among tourists and not only.

How to register in the application?

You can download our application from both Google Play and the App Store. To register in the application, you can use your mobile number or GMAIL and/or FB email. To place an order, you must provide a phone number and confirm it by entering the code from SMS if you registered via GMAIL or FACEBOOK. If you registered only with a phone number, add your email address.

How to order a car with a driver?

We offer two services for ordering a car with a driver: “Tour & Transfer” and “Rent”. The Tour & Transfer service is designed for those who want to travel and visit various attractions. The service provides the opportunity to add up to 9 days of different routes, set up to 4 intermediate points in each and indicate the date and time when you will need to be met at the starting point․ The "Rent" service is suitable for those who prefer to have complete freedom of movement. You can rent a car for the time you need and use it at your discretion.

Is it possible to find out the cost of the trip in advance and then make an order?

Not only can you find out the cost in advance, you can also offer your own price! After you have chosen a fare, created a travel route, indicated the date and time of the start of the trip, added stops as necessary, click the “Confirm” button. On the next screen you will see the route on the map, starting, ending, and intermediate points. You can select the vehicle class available for this location (currently). The selected car class will be highlighted below with a small green line. Below you will see the cost of the trip, in the currency of your choice, the travel time excluding stops, and the length of the route. And also a button, when you turn it on, you can offer your price. You can also change your payment method on this screen. If all the data is correct, click the “Order” button, and the system will begin automatically searching for a driver at your price, if you have enabled this option.

What restrictions may the Tour & Transfer service have at intermediate points?

With the "Tour & Transfer" service, the driver will wait for you at each specified point without paying for the wait. If you want to leave earlier, just talk to the driver about it.

How to create a route for several days?

When creating an itinerary, you can add from 1 day to 9 days, and select a meeting date and time for each day. For example, you can create "Day 1", "Day 2" and so on. This allows you to organize your route and allocate meeting times for each day at your discretion. This feature is very convenient as it allows you to plan and control your time and activities throughout the route.

When creating a route for several days, will the order go to one driver and will this driver work with us for several days?

Yes! When creating a route for several days, we will assign one driver who will accompany us throughout the entire trip. But if you have completed a trip and saved the driver as your FAVORITE DRIVER, the next time you order a trip, he will receive the signal first and only then everyone else.

What cars and drivers have been verified?

All vehicles that we connect to the system are checked and are in excellent condition. The drivers working with us are also checked and have an impeccable reputation. We attach great importance to the safety and quality of our service, therefore we are confident in the reliability and proper maintenance of each vehicle and driver.
